I brought my CR-V in for some safety updates and a wiper fluid dispenser issue and was quoted a certain amount, but when I went to pick up my car, I found that the final bill was significantly higher, and I needed to get out of there and get to an appointment. Thanks to Ron G. and Carla R., who provided excellent customer service both over the phone/text and in person, this issue was resolved in less than a minute. The two of them worked together to ensure I was charged the amount I was initially quoted without any hassle whatsoever. You're in good hands with these two.

I had such a wonderful experience at the dealership, largely thanks to Jessica, the sales associate who assisted me. Jessica was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her knowledge of the inventory and vehicle features was impressive, and she patiently explained everything about the lease and financing terms. I've been coming to Culver City Honda for four years now. I followed my service advisor Alan, from Honda of Downtown LA, to Culver City Honda. He, and the service I receive at Culver City Honda, and their mechanics is why I gave them 5 stars. Alan always fits me in when my Honda CR-V needs service. I like to keep the car on course with what the manufacturer recommends, as I'd like to drive this vehicle for years to come. I do have one complaint about Culver City Honda, it was brought to my attention this last visit when I went to pay my bill, with my credit card as I have used for the past four years, that now, Culver City Honda, is charging their customers who pay with a credit card, a 3% surcharge fee. I had to pay it, I didn't have enough money in my checking account to cover the bill, and avoid the service fee. Upon returning home, and investigating the matter, I was able to ascertain, that car dealerships, are now allowed to pass on to their customers the fee that credit card companies charge them for the transactions pertaining to car repairs. You are in your rights to do so, as is my right to take my business to a Honda authorized repair shop that isn't a Honda dealership, where they don't add on 3%. While at home, I went through my filing cabinet, pulled out my receipts of money I spent at your dealership in the past four years. This is what I found. Nov. 30th 2020 $645.00 Apr. 02nd 2021 $585.00 Jul. 23rd 2021 $85.00 Oct. 29th 2021 $979.39 Jan. 07th 2022 $129.95 Apr. 15th 2022 $1,710 Jul. 07th 2022 $95.00 Dec. 16th 2022 $2,299.95 Jan. 24th 2023.$990.00 Jul. 26th 2023 $covered oil change May 22nd 2024 $2735.15 May 22nd 2024 $82.05 Credit Card Surcharge. Total spent at your business in the past four years. $10,336.49. And for this, I'm thanked by adding on 3% surcharges to all my credit card charges going forward. The surprise I had dumped in my lap, was an additional $82.05 for my latest transaction. Let's face it, if you're going to have your Honda serviced, the dealerships are the most expensive way to go. But I always wanted mechanics trained by Honda working on my car. But I'm going to have to get over that way of thinking. If this continues to be the way you do business, I'm not coming back. Alan is the best, your mechanics are great, but I'm not paying your business an additional 3% of my bill, for what you're supposed to pay, as a courtesy, so that customers can use their credit card at your establishment. Thanks for the good years of service, good luck going forward, but this loyal customer needs to shop around.
